X has announced that its ads revenue sharing program is now available for creators globally. Earlier in July, some creators received payouts via the program, but the program is now officially available to all eligible creators globally.

We want the process to be as simple as possible, so all eligible X Blue and Verified Organizations subscribers are entitled to revenue share so long as they meet the eligibility criteria and join,” the company shared on a help page. To be eligible for the ads revenue sharing program, you must meet the following criteria – Be subscribed to X Blue (formerly Twitter Blue) or Verified Organisations, have at least 15M impressions on your cumulative posts within the last three months, and have at least 500 followers.

Ads Revenue Sharing Program is independent of Creator Subscriptions, but both can be accessed from the Monetisation tab under Settings. The minimum payment threshold is $50; participating creators will need a Stripe account to get paid.

Musk initially said the feature was kicking off in February, but it wasn’t until July that a few creators revealed they got payments from Twitter.
