infinix note 5 pro design

The Infinix Note 5 Pro is an upgrade to the Note 5, which was released earlier this year. The Note 5 Pro is the Stylus version of the Note 5; hence, it is also referred to as Infinix Note 5 Stylus. The Infinix Stylus was launched in Dubai, UAE, in June 2018. It is now available at Infinix retail stores worldwide.  The Stylus version, just like its lower edition, Infinix Note 5, runs on the Android One operating system.

The release of the Infinix Note 5 Pro and the Infinix Note 5 is a repeat of last year, when Infinix first launched the Note 4, before launching the Note 4 Pro, at a later date.

Infinix Note 5 Pro Design

The design of the Note 5 Stylus saw a major improvement to that of the Note 5. It is fitted with an inbuilt Stylus pen, which is also known as X-Pen. The built-in X-Pen is similar to what is obtainable in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. There is a clicking mechanism, which brings out the Stylus Pen.

The Note 5 Stylus has a touchscreen display of 6”, with Full HD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 (18:9) pixels. The 18:9 touchscreen design is the same as that of the earlier version; Note 5.

In terms of Body build, the Note 5 Pro has a metal back finish, unlike the glossy (shiny) back of the Note 5. It is available in three colour variants; Milan Black, Berlin Grey and Ice Blue.

  1. Note 5 pro 32gb is a nice phone but the phone didn’t meet my expectation, in fact, am disappointed because it was after buying the phone that I discovered that some vital features were not in the phone despite the value and promotion, such as, space for memory car, power off&on schedule, alarm setting. Why I expect Infinix to be upgraded more than this, I have used, hots and notes in fact, am really disappointed in this version if I have my way I won’t go near your phone again. I can only use a sum if I want to use Sim card, too bad other phones like note1-4 has better features than this you called upgraded phone. Pls your swift response will be appreciated.

    • The infinix note 5, offers a pure Android one experience, the kind of facial recognition that is gotten on e.g hot 6x, is not available here, even the facial recognition on those phones is not in anyway like the original facial recognition initiator (the iPhone X). The facial recognition is added custom by phone manufacturers on top of Google’s original OS, so that means XOS is the one that brought the facial recog thingy to your Android phone, but the good thing about this pure Android is that your battery lasts longer, unlike the others that can be running your phone constantly even without you using it. Another is your RAM remains free as long as there are no open apps, for example the tecno camon 11 pro is 6gb RAM, but once the phone is on, even if you are not using any app, about 2.1gb of the 6gb ram is always occupied, this is as a result of the the HiOS on tecno, for infinix the XOS makes a 3gb ram phone constantly clock 1.2gb without being used or having any app open. With the pure Android os you don’t have to worry about these, your phone doesn’t get excessively hot for no reason during usage, but if you need the face unlock locate Setting/ Security/ Smart Lock/ Trusted face to register for facial unlock
