It’s that time of the year again! The biggest football computer game is just days away from its official release, the FIFA 20. In case you missed it earlier, Hazard realizes a dream of being a cover star when he was named as the FIFA 20 Standard Edition cover star, Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk was named as star cover for the Champions Edition while the legendary Zinedine Zidane returned on a game cover as the Ultimate Edition cover star.
As it is every year, FIFA 20 player ratings say as much as FIFA awards in determining how good football players are. Whenever FIFA ratings come out every year, players debate it, some are satisfied with their ratings and some believe they should be rated higher. FIFA today announced the top 10 players in FIFA 20 ratings and its quite an interesting list with some of the biggest names in the world.

Marc-André ter Stegen
Barcelona’s number 1 goalie, Stegen is one of the best keepers in the world but this is easily swept under the radar. People talk more about David De Gea and Manuel Nueuer but ter Stegen’s inclusion in the top 10 justifies how good he is.
The current best player in the world, Luka Modric endured a disastrous season altogether with Real Madrid but his personal abilities remain untainted. Modric may be 34 and getting old but he is still one of the best central midfielders in the world.
Egyptian King Salah enjoyed a successful season with Liverpool starring in the Champions League final as the European Super cup. Some feel Saido Mane is a better player but Salah makes it to the top 10 FIFA 20 ratings this year.
Virgil Van Dijk
Before United broke the bank for McGuire, VVG was the most expensive defender in the world. Has he justified his heavy price tag? Definitely YES! VVG was a rock as Liverpool won the Champions League and made a title challenge with Manchester City last season.
Atletico endured a disappointing campaign last season but Oblak head remains high. The best keeper in the world, Oblak made saves and kept the highest number of clean sheets in La Liga last season.
Kevin De Bruyne
KDB as he is fondly called, the playmaker starred for Manchester City last season as they carted away all domestic trophies in England.
Star Cover man and the best Belgian player in the world at the moment. Hazard starred for Chelsea as he won the Europa League and got his dream move to Real Madrid. Zidane was happy to get is star man.
Injured for the most part of last season, the Brazilian remains one of the best in the world. It is a surprise he is rated above Hazard as the latter has been more instrumental for the past two seasons.
Failed with Juventus to win the Champions League, he, however, won the Serie A and the Nations League yet again proving himself as one of the all-time greats of the game.
The best player in the world and arguably the greatest of all time. Lionel Messi enjoyed a disappointing Champions League campaign with Barcelona but starred in the League and Barca won the title and Spanish Cup.
