One of Sony’s major PlayStation exclusives of 2022 is coming to PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium in February. Horizon Forbidden West, the sequel to Horizon Zero Dawn, headlines a host of games coming to the PlayStation Plus catalogue on Tuesday, February 21st.
Horizon Forbidden West is one of Sony’s most visually impressive games, and it will be coming to the PS4 and PS5. The game is also getting a Burning Shores expansion exclusive to PS5 owners only. Burning Shores will be released on April 19th, and game protagonist Aloy is expected to continue her story.
The rest of the games lined up for February are also impressive. Survival horror games The Quarry and Resident Evil 7: Biohazard joins the PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium catalogue with co-op sci-fi shooter Outriders. Bandai Namco’s action RPG Scarlet Nexus, The Forgotten City and Borderlands 3 will also be added to the game catalogue in February. PlayStation Plus Extra and PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers will enjoy the PS4 versions of Tekken 7, Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Earth Defense Force 5, Oninaki, Lost Sphear, and I am Setsuna.
All the games will arrive on February 21st, a day before Sony launches its $549.99 PlayStation VR2 system.
