The EA Sports FIFA 19 game, which is to be released in two weeks time on Friday, 28th September 2018, has been making waves. Squad ratings are out and among them is English Premier League club, Manchester United. In this article, we are going to be bringing you the latest FIFA 19 Ratings Manchester United for the entire squad.
Manchester United, who came second last season in the EPL behind their ‘close-door’ neighbour, Manchester City, has a total of 16 players rated above 80. The highest rated player is David De Gea, the Manchester United first choice Goalkeeper, with a point of 91. He was the winner of the English Premier League Golden Glove (Best Goalkeeper) for the 2017/2018 season. Although he had a forgettable World Cup with Spain during the summer, his exploits for Manchester United moved him up one place, from 90 (FIFA 18) to 91 (FIFA 19).
De Gea is followed in the second place by Paul Pogba, the Manchester United Midfielder, who had a relatively poor season in the EPL last season. However, given his performance for France at the World Cup, he moved up in ranking to 88. Pogba is closely followed by Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez at 87.
While Lukaku moved up one place from the FIFA 18 ratings last year, Alexis Sanchez dropped down two places, from 89 to 87. The downfall in his rating is highly expected, as he had, arguably, his worst season in the EPL last season and his national team (Chile) missed out on the World Cup in Russia.
Other Manchester United players who had improved ratings from last year’s FIFA 18 include the likes of Nemanja Matic (who moved up 3 places, from 83 to 86); Fred (from 80 to 82); Ashley Young (75 to 80); and Phil Jones (79 to 80). In contrast to this, players like Ander Herrera, Juan Mata, Antonio Valencia and Eric Bailly all dropped points from their previous FIFA 18 ratings.

Manchester United, had a fairly poor campaign last season, as they went trophy-less, hence it is safe to say Mourinho’s side didn’t quite live up to expectation. FIFA 19 Ratings Manchester United full squad is only a reflection of their poor campaign last season. Let us hope they do better this term, and in turn, have their player ratings jacked up by EA Sports for the FIFA 20 release.
