Sony unveiled the PlayStation 5 console today and also revealed a host of games coming to it. The biggest titles are Horizon Forbidden West, Spider-Man: Miles Morales and NBA2K21. Sony also announced the GTA V players with PS Plus subscription on PS4 will get GTA$1,000,000 (deposited within 72 hours into their in-game Maze Bank account) each month they play GTA Online until the launch of GTA Online on PlayStation 5.
First-Part Title Games Coming to the PS5
The newly launched PlayStation Studios as expected has the biggest games. Spider-Man: Miles Morales, the sequel to the hugely popular Spider-Man in 2018 comes out this year on the PS5.
Developer Insomniac Games is also adding Rachet & Clank: Rift Apart, a new adventure game.
Horizon Zero Dawn remains one of the biggest PS4 games of all time and fans have been calling for a sequel. They finally got their wish today with the announcement of Horizon Forbidden West.
Polyphony Digital continues the its driving series with the unveiling of Gran Turismo 7 for the PS5.
Bluepoint Games and Japan Studio announced a remake of Demon’s Souls for the PlayStation to complete first-party titles.
Third-Party Title Games Coming to the PS5
Sony says an enhanced and expanded GTA V will be coming to the PS5 in 2021. A new standalone version of GTA Online will also be available freely to PS5 owners for the first three months.
Godfall from Counterplay Games was the first PS5 game ever to be announced last year December. A trailer was revealed today.
NBA 2K21 brings an eye-catching trailer with its incredible details and graphics.
Agent 47 returns with Hitman 3 in a stunning gameplay trailer.
Other third-party titles are Ghostwire: Tokyo, Project Athia, Death Loop, Resident Evil Village from Capcom and also Pragmata from Capcom.
Sony also announced a host of games from Indie Developers with the most exciting being Stray from BlueTwelve Studio.
