Samsung Galaxy F62 is the latest addition to Samsung’s Galaxy F series, the device was announced in India with a massive 7,000mAh battery and the latest One UI 3.1. For those looking to purchase in other markets, it’s looking like the device will only be available in India.
The device features a 6.7” FHD+ AMOLED display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Its refresh rate is capped at 60Hz and it features a centrally-placed punch-hole cutout which houses the 32MP selfie camera. At the back, there is a quad-camera setup featuring a 64MP main shooter, 12MP ultrawide lens, 5MP depth sensor and a 5MP macro camera.
The Samsung Galaxy F62 comes pre-installed with Android 11 slapped with One UI 3.1. It is powered by the Exynos 9825 chipset paired with 6/8GB of RAM and a 128GB of UFS 3.0 storage. There is support for a microSD card to further expand the storage.
Some other features include the 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The battery supports 25W fast charge and it should last for days even on heavy usage.
Available colours in India for the Galaxy F62 are Laser Green, Laser Grey, and Laser Blue. The 6/128GB variant will retail for ₹23,999 around $330 while the 8/128GB variant will retail for ₹25,999 around $358. There is no word on its availability for other markets.
