Far Cry 6 releases October 7, 2021 and Ubisoft is ramping up the hype ahead of its launch. In a new cinematic trailer that introduces the villain Antón Castillo, we see how cruel Breaking Bad actor, Giancarlo Esposito is.

Protagonist Dani Roja is seen aboard a ship trying to flee with a group of people including Diego, the son of the dictator, Antón who rules the island nation of Yara. As they are about to leave, Antón makes a grand entrance introducing himself and also how brutal he could be.

Dani Roja, a character that is playable as a male or female protagonist has to team up with a guerilla faction in order to free her/his beloved Yara from the powerful grip of Antón Castillo.

Far Cry 6 will be playable on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia. Ubisoft also announced a season pass that will let players play as Vaas Montenegro (Far Cry 3), Pagan Min (Far Cry 4), and Joseph Seed (Far Cry 5), all villains from past Far Cry games.
