As it is always Sony gives free games every month for PlayStation Plus subscribers and for this month the lineup is pretty decent. Yesterday on State of Play Naughty Dog’s long-awaited sequel to The Last of Us Remastered was finally announced for a February 2020 release. Sony has also added The Last of Us Remastered as part of free PS Plus games October 2019 lineup; the other game is MLB The Show 19.

Without wasting much time, let’s see what these two games are about.

The Last of Us Remastered

Let’s admit it, every avid gamer would have played this game by now. Prior to yesterday, the game was even available for as low as $9 on the PSN store. One of the best PlayStation games of all time from Naughty Dog In, Not only is the game available for free but you will also have the chance to play The Last of Us: Left Behind.

The Last of Us is set in a post-apocalyptic country 20 years after a pandemic has nearly wiped out everyone. Play as Joel and guide a 14 year old-girl, Ellie through the epic adventure of this game.

The Last of Us: Left Behind goes back to Ellie’s past before meeting Joel when she had a relationship with her best friend, Riley.

There is no better time to play this game than now as The Last of Us Part II is already available for pre-order on the PlayStation store.

MLB The Show 19

This is a baseball game and probably only American fans would like this game as it’s their sport. Describing the game, Sony said:
