Konami has shown off a first look at the remake of Metal Gear Solid 3. First announced earlier in May, the remastered version is now called Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater and it is rendered in Unreal Engine 5.
The trailer gives fans a glimpse of the gameplay from the remaster, and it is what is expected. It features stealth takedowns in swampy environments and animals which are mostly reptiles.
Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater has no release date yet, and the original series creator, Hideo Kojima is not involved in this project. The remaster is coming to the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Konami recently re-released the original first three games in the series, which it calls the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection: Volume 1.
