Apple Intelligence is finally coming to the EU for the first time this April. The AI system will be delivered as part of the release of iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4

Apple Intelligence was first announced by Apple at the WWDC 2024 on June 10, and it launched in the US with the release of iOS 18, iPadOS 18 and macOS Sequoia. The feature expanded to the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and South Africa with localised versions of English on December 11. With the availability in Europe this April, Apple is adding support for more languages, including French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified) — as well as localized English for Singapore and India.

When Apple announced the iPhone 16 lineup in September, Apple Intelligence was the headlining feature, but the AI system has had mixed reviews so far. With Apple Intelligence, iPhone users can access Writing Tools, Genmoji, Visual Intelligence, a revamped Siri and ChatGPT integration.

Apple Intelligence is available on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and above, M1 MacBook Air or later, M1 MacBook Pro or later, M1 Mac Mini or later, Mac Pro M2 Ultra, M1 Max / Ultra Mac Studio, the M1 iMac or later, M1 iPad Pro / iPad Air or later, and the 7th generation iPad Mini released in 2024.
