      • My name is Odedina hammed Adekunle and that is my bank name my account number is 3028367516 I’m having issues with this bank I wanted to pay my school fees online on the 5th of November and I was debited and it says declined on the school portal which means the payment was not successful and I have reported to many branches of this bank and I called the yes center time without number and they telling me they will reverse the money and they have not do that I called on Wednesday and a woman picked the call and told me they gonna reverse it yesterday and they have not do that till now and the school portal is closing on Tuesday I’m blaming my self for using this bank so please help me to reverse my money before Monday

I left all my tight schedules and went to Skye Bank to TRANSFER, and I was assured that the transaction was executed, few minutes later my account was debited and I traveled back. in the late evening the transaction was reversed. This has been a recurring phenomenon and ,indeed a breach of trust on the part SKYE BANK MANEGEMENT.

Why is it that Skye bank always like to hit their customers below the belt? for instance, on several occasi0ns I used the transfer form and transferred fund for an urgent transaction which was equally acknowledged before I left the skye bank in the morning period, but by 5.29pm an ALERT was sent to me to inform me that the money I transferred was reversed. This was a very big blow to me integrity, a clog on the wheel of progress and a betrayal of confidence by the MANAGEMENT of SKYE BANK..

    Please i used fidelity ATM machine to withdraw money from my skye bank account on the 22/10/2018 and i was debited twice but didn’t receive the physical cash. I rushed to the the bank (syke bank) same day but i was told the reversal will be in the next 24hrs.
    i went to the bank (syke) again today 24/10/2018 and i was told a different story. The lady (Mfon) said the reversal will be in the next 10 (ten) working days. My question now is:
    Am i suppose to keep my son at home till after 10 working days?
    Please i need your urgent intervention from Syke Bank because my son can not stay at home while test is going on.

    I’m Azeez, yesterday 7th January, at about 7:36 pm, I paid for WACS exam using my verve card.
    I was debited 55500. However there was no confirmatory mail sent to me for notification of a successful transaction and it didn’t reflect on the examining body’s website that I have paid.

    Pls kindly help rectify the issue as I have a deadline of 25th January for registration for the exam.
