Oppo Reno4 Series Announced with Snapdragon 765G and 65W Fast Charging

Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro are official and they are the successor to the hugely popular Reno3 and Reno3 Pro. The new series comes with OLED panels, Snapdragon 765G chipsets and triple cameras.

Oppo Reno4 Pro has a 48MP main shooter with optical image stabilization, the triple setup is completed with a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 13MP telephoto lens capable of 5x hybrid optical and 20x digital zoom. The device has 6.5-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and punch-hole cutout. The cutout houses the 32MP selfie camera.

The Reno4 has a 6.4-inch display with a pill-shaped cutout which houses the 32MP selfie camera and a 2MP depth sensor. At the back is also a triple camera setup with a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP depth sensor.

Both devices feature Live HDR video support for improved detail preservation and colour accuracy which works best in low light environments.

The smartphones ship Android 10 out of the box based on ColorOS 7.2. The come powered with the 5G Snapdragon 765G chipset, up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Oppo Reno4 and Reno4 Pro are powered by 4,000mAh batteries and they support 65W fast charging – SuperVOOC 2.0.

The base model 8/128GB variant for the Reno4 costs $422 while the 8/256GB option will set you back by $465. Base model pricing for the Reno4 Pro goes for $535 while the 12/256GB variant will set you back by $606.

The Reno4 comes in Blue, Black and Purple colours while the Reno4 Pro is available in Black, White, Green and two special Blue and Reno Glow colours with a frosted glass design.

Sales begins in China June 12 while the international market comes later.
