Our sources have confirmed that OPPO will be launching the OPPO A93, another high spec mid-range smartphone in Nigeria, following the success of the previously released OPPO A92.
Extremely similar to the recently released OPPO F17 Pro in India, the Nigerian market will be launching the OPPO A93 and sources claim that it is the sleekest smartphone to be released in 2020. It is super thin and super light yet having an ultra-premium look. Here is what it will most likely look like:
We are not surprised that the OPPO F17 Pro will be called OPPO A93 in Nigeria, as OPPO often launches product lines under different names in different regions, depending on the peculiarities of the local market
The OPPO A93 is rumoured to be the slimmest smartphone in its price range at just 7.48mm thick, which makes you wonder how they were able to fit a big 4,000 mAh battery into a phone so thin, considering the fact that this 4,000 mAh powers the phone all day long. In the same slim and light body, the OPPO A93 packs 6 unique cameras, a quad-camera setup at the back and a dual-camera setup in front. It also flaunts a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED screen that offers Full HD+ resolution with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and supports a 60Hz refresh rate panel.
Considering the fact that the OPPO A93 is a mid-ranger, it will come equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and dual-punch hole screen, just like the flagship releases from OPPO. We gather it would retail for around the same price of the previously released OPPO A92 and would be launched sometime in October.
