Developed by NetherRealm Studios, Mortal Kombat 11 was released April with new skills from favourite MK characters and amazing gameplay on the PS4, Xbox One, PC and the Nintendo Switch. MK 11 has so many features and characters like the legendary Shang Tsung will be made available as a DLC content. For those who are interested in an online competition, a Kombat League 11 trailer was revealed yesterday and it officially kicks off today.
As revealed in the trailer, Kombat League is a four-week-long, seasonal ranked mode where online participant battle against each other and earn points for every victory. With each point earned, players are moved up in ranks of the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat League. All players begin from Apprentice rank and fight for the highest rant possible, the Elder God. There are nine rank levels.
Each time a participant reaches a new rank, the reward is exclusive cosmetics which can only be acquired on the Kombat League. The rewards will be granted at the end of each season based on the rank achieved by a player.
Additional rewards come after completing daily and seasonal quests. These quests range from simple playing ranked sets to spilling a certain amount of blood. Kombat League will be very entertaining for those who play competitive Mortal Kombat with so many challenges and exclusive rewards.
The maiden edition of Kombat League is titled the Season of Blood, so get ready to dive in and spill some blood.
