The National Association of Business Administration and Management students (NABAMS), Yaba College of Technology chapter are having their annual departmental week once again. The departmental week started on Monday, 21st November till Friday, 25th November, 2016, with many activities and events lined up for the whole week.

The football final was between HND 1 vs HND 2 and the football final had itel Mobile as the official sponsor.

On Tuesday 22nd November, itel Mobile stormed the YABATECH Sport Center in full force to promote the football activity, giving out souvenirs and gifts to over 5,000 fans present. There was also an opportunity for photo session, predict and win as well as dancing session after the match.

The president of NABAMS in Yabatech, Mr. Ndibe Emmanuel stated that NABAMS has always been known for setting the pace in Yaba colleague of technology especially with regards to social activities. Hence bringing itel Mobile on board is just another testament of their drive to set the pace for other departments to follow.

Speaking at the event, the Digital Marketing Manager of itel Mobile Nigeria, Oke Umurhohwo said itel mobile as a company is always proud to be associated with events that bring joy and reasons to celebrate to people. “Football is a unifying sport that brings happiness and love. At itel, we believe in these young people and always look to support them any way we can.”.

Speaking further, he said itel mobile would be going on a tour of major campus around the country in 2017. “As a way to take the mobile brand closer to our customers as well as potential customers and fans, we will be visiting many tertiary institutions across the 6-geopolitical zone of Nigeria from next year. Expect much more from itel mobile in the coming year”.
