Over the years, the TECNO W-series have been known to be TECNO’s budget-friendly yet effective devices for those who could not afford the expensive ones, with these we already know what to expect from the TECNO W5 Lite and the W5 itself. These two devices were introduced last month in Nigeria and they come with interesting specifications.

As with all TECNO phones, the TECNO W5 Lite and the W5 comes with dual SIM. Since it’s a budget-device both comes with a 1GB RAM, however, the W5 has a 4G LTE connectivity but the W5 Lite does not.

Which Should You Go For, the TECNO W5 Lite or the W5?

The W5 lite is a scaled-down version of the W5 itself. There’s really not much difference but with the few differences, you can make a decision on which to buy. The W5 has a 5MP front camera while the W5 lite spots a 2MP front camera, these might not be really good for taking selfies but you might want to read about the Camon C9 here, the best selfie phone from TECNO.

The W5 has 4G LTE and a fingerprint sensor but this cannot be found in the W5 Lite.
