We got our hands on the latest smartphone from TECNO Mobile from the Pouvoir series; get a seat and relax as we present to you the TECNO Pouvoir 3 unboxing.
It’s already looking like a good year for the Mobile giant, the recently released smartphone market share for Q1 2019 in Nigeria revealed the Transsion Holdings owned company is the leading smartphone brand in Nigeria.
Pouvoir 3 comes from TECNO’s Power series with a mammoth 5000mAh battery, just like last year’s Pouvoir 2. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo based on HiOS and is powered by a 1.28GHz Quad-Core processor.

TECNO Pouvoir 3 Unboxing – The Box
The packaging is similar to last year’s Pouvoir 2; a white rectangular box with a picture of the smartphone in front. Seen clearly is the notched display, the 4G LTE written boldly and the 32GB ROM. TECNO claims the phone can last up to 4 days at a single, that can be seen on the box as well.
The back shows more specification and the customary details on every phone packaging.
On the side is also a free 9Mobile Nigeria data offering when you peel off the PIN.
The Accessories – TECNO Pouvoir 3 Unboxing
- 1 Protective Pouch
- 1 Power Adapter
- 1 USB Cable
- 1 Earphone
- 1 User Manual
- 1 Ejector PIN
The Smartphone
When you open the box, you see the smartphone covered with the regular glossy paper showing its specs.
Turning to the back, you see the 13MP rear camera with Dual Flash and the fingerprint scanner.
On the side is the SIM try and SD card slot. Other side has the power button.
Beneath the phone is the speaker grill and the micro USB port.
TECNO Pouvoir 3 First Impressions
Last year’s Pouvoir 2 came with a 2GB RAM and it is very surprising the Pouvoir 3 is coming with the same thing. The specifications are almost the same but there is an improvement in camera and internal storage. Could there be a Pro version coming soon? We do not know yet but you can get this on Jumia Nigeria for N42,500.
