Back in 2014, HP released Pro x2 612 tablet-laptop, which was dubbed to be fantastic as both a laptop and a tablet. Now in the on going Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the hardware maker has released an upgraded version named Pro x2 612 G2. The upgraded version is lighter and more durable than the former. It passed the MIL-STD 810G military test.
HP said it specifically designed the HP Pro x2 612 G2 for the business class that needed a rugged hybrid-laptop that is portable, stable, lightweight, and equipped with pen and keyboard. The PC maker also claimed the battery of the hybrid-laptop can last up to 11 hours, with a capability of charging up to 50% in a half hour.
