Infinix has launched the groundbreaking ZERO Flip into the Nigerian market—its first-ever flip phone and latest flagship foldable device.
The “perfect in pocket” ZERO flip was officially unveiled on Thursday at Rococo Restaurant, Lounge & Club, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria.
Speaking at the launch, Oluwayemisi Ode, Integrated Marketing Communications and PR manager at Infinix Nigeria said, “The Infinix ZERO Flip embodies our belief that it’s never too late to embrace change and discover your ‘Blossom moment.’ We want to inspire users to tap into their inner potential, seize every opportunity, and express their individuality.”
As the brand’s latest foldable flagship device, it marks another milestone in Infinix’s continued innovation of new form factors, performance, and design languages to enhance the premium foldable user experience.
Infinix training manager Richard Ahachi came up on stage to showcase the features of the flagship device to the guests. Richard explained to guests at the launch that “The Infinix ZERO Flip is unique in its own way. One of the things I love the most about the phone is that it has 400,000 folds. So if you use this phone for a duration of four years, that means you have 100 thousand folds in a year. And if you divide it by 365 days, you have about 273.9 folds per day. So your phone is safe and durable either folded or unfolded.”
ZERO Flip multi-angle free function, ranging from 30° to 150°, allows users to enjoy a variety of uses, including video calls and selfies. Tested for 400,000 folds, the hinge guarantees durability and a smooth experience.
The device with a screen size of 6.9 inches features a 3.64-inch Amoled cover screen with durable Corning glass, providing a refined, borderless visual experience. It weighs 198 g and has a thickness of 7.64 mm.
Thanks to its flip construction, ZERO Flip opens up a world of shooting possibilities. With a 50MP flagship main camera, paired with 4K 30FPS recording, a 50MP main rear camera that excels in both hardware and software stabilization, and a 50MP lens that has AF auto-tracking, the ZERO Flip offers stunning detail and clarity, perfect for capturing and editing high-quality content. The device is the only one of its kind to offer smooth GoPro connectivity, 4K ProStable video capabilities on both the front and rear cameras, and an amazing battery life.
We are living in an AI world, and the ZERO Flip is also AI-enabled with Infinix’s proprietary artificial intelligence app, Folax, powered by Gemini. This gives the phone users access to a media creation feature and smart translation capabilities, allowing them to perform multiple tasks on different subjects using different tools.
The ZERO Flip combines stylish design with powerful flip phone features. In addition to introducing a signature colour from WGSN’s 2025 Smartphone Color Trends Report, ZERO Flip offers interactive, customizable features.
ZERO Flip is available in a choice of two stylish colours: the Blossom Glow, inspired by the vibrant cherry blossoms of spring, and the Rock Black, inspired by mountains at dusk. The official price announced at the launch is 1,065,000 naira only.
