    • I have a serious complaints against one of your customer care representative today Saturday 18th January 2020 by 5am I put a call across to Customer care representative one Miss Chinyere picked up the call while I was trying to plead with her to call me back due to short of Air time she insulted my Personality went ahead place my calls on busy so that I cannot be able to call again. The second time I called before she bared me from calling I spoke with Jemimah. I promise to close my account with the fcmb due to her unruly behavior and will therefore direct my soldiers to close their accounts with fcmb. Except the management of FCMB deals decisively with that act’s of unruly behavior. Thank you

    Time without numbers when i bought recharge card from FCMB, i was debited of the amount without either the recharge card or reverse the amount. Why is it always with FCMB? Any time i intend to buy card online via FCMB account i will be scared of debiting without the card. This is not happening with other Banks. Good evening sir/ma, am one of your customer and I love everything about your bank but just last year, during the time, they were selling money, I tried recharging my phone with 100 airtime through bank, only for me to receive debt alert but the card was not given to me and they did not reverse it back to me till date, now on the 15th of September, 2023.
