9mobile is a scam and the government should seriously look into it, for a while now when I recharge my line online, my bank debits me and I get a text from my line that I have been credited with x amount but it’s never on the account.
Again please, why should BONUS airtime be forced on people, should it not be optional? I have never migrated since I picked their SIM I am not comfortable with any Bonuses from any Network. Cant our NCC or consumer protection agencies (if there are any) do something about it?

Hello, I browsed through your tariff plans, none is so cheap as such, unlike mtn Pulse which amounts to 11k/sec. With 100 naira, u can call any network for about 15 mins. As for me, I don’t fancy bonuses, I prefer when my main acc doesn’t get exhausted on time. I love 9mobile after all, if this could be fixed, i’ld love it more, thanks.

Truth is i don’t know how you guys define cheap. Ur network is fast and strong but its not call friendly at all, and that is the reason you have lesser customers. You need to work on your call tariffs and see how nigerians will rush ur network. Keep up the strength of the network though.

I recharged 1k and used only 2 days, wanting to make calls and I heard, you have less than one minute for this call. When I checked the total number of minutes used for the 2days duration, I was shocked that it was just 22mins. This is wickedness. I am done with 9mobile.
