Beats Studio Buds Goes Official for $149.99 with Active Noise Cancellation

After several leaks which included well-known athletes like Lebron James and Alex Morgan being spotted with the earbuds, Beats have finally announced the Studio Buds. Preorder is open for the $149.99 earbuds today and they will be available in black, red or white colours.

The Beats Studio Buds have no stems or hooks and they just fit into the ears. They support active noise cancellations and is IPX4 certified for water and dust resistance. The earbuds have USB-C charging but no wireless charging, battery life is up to 5hrs at a single charge but can last up to 8hrs on continuous music playback with noise cancellation turned off. The charging case also provides additional power for up to 24hrs combined time of playback.

The earbuds are compatible with Apple and Android devices with one-touch Bluetooth pairing. They support “Hey Sir” commands hands-free while Android users can also download the Beats app to unlock extra features.

The Beats Studio Buds are available to pre-order in the United States and Canada from today, they will start shipping on June 24th.
