Oppo has announced the Global version of the Reno4 Pro featuring a 90Hz AMOLED screen and a Snapdragon 720G chipset. The device comes with significant upgrades in performance over the Reno3 Pro.
Taking a look at the display, the smartphone comes with a 6.5–inch 90Hz 1080p AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 1,100 nits. Its edges are curved 55.9° and it has a 92% screen-to-body ratio. Reno4 Pro has an in-display fingerprint scanner and the punch-hole cutout houses the 32MP f/2.4 selfie camera.
At the back, the smartphone has a matte panel and a glossy finish. It weighs 161g in size and it measures 7.7mm in thickness. It has a quad read camera setup which is made up of a 48MP main shooter, an 8MP ultrawide angle lens, a 2MP macro lens and 2MP monochrome sensor. Both the selfie and rear camera comes with dedicated Night Mode, Electronic Video Stabilization and different Portrait Modes.
Oppo Reno4 Pro is powered by a Snapdragon 720G chipset which is paired with an 8GB RAM and a 128GB internal storage. In terms of power, it comes with a 4,000mAh battery capacity and the phone comes equipped with the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charging which charges up to 100% in just 36 minutes via the USB-C port.
The device will be available in two colours – Starry Night and Silky White. It will launch in India on August 5th and it will retail at Rs. 34,990 ($470). It will be available at other markets at a much later time.
