Meizu E2 is the latest budget smartphone to be launched by Meizu in China. Word is the phone may not be available in other markets apart from China, there has been no confirmation about this yet. The E2 spots a similar slim design and body like the iPhone, it comes in three colour options as well – Black, Champagne Gold and Moonlight Silver.
Meizu E2 spots a 5.5-inch full HD 2.5D curved glass display. It comes 3GB and 4GB RAM variants with an internal memory of 32GB and 64GB respectively. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based on Meizu’s Flyme 6.0 UI, it is powered by a 2.35 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 chipset.
On the image fronting, the smartphone has a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera with four LED Flash. In terms of connectivity, Meizu seem to follow the latest trend with the device having a fingerprint scanner which is embedded in its home button. Other connectivity options include, Dual SIM, WiFi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a USB port. The E2 is powered by a 3400mAh battery with fast charging technology.

Pre-order for the new device started yesterday and proper sale kicks off 29th of May.
Meizu E2 comes in two variants – the 3GB RAM option is priced at 1299 RMB in China and around Rs 12, 073 in India. The 4GB RAM option is priced at 1599 RMB in China and around Rs 14, 861 in India.
