It’s time to write the itel S32 review having had the smartphone for more than two weeks now, if you missed the unboxing we did, you can catch up here.

Itel S32 Operating System and Performance
As you may have known the S32 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, the 8.0 Oreo is still in beta stage on most devices so we did not expect the S32 to run on that. Besides the S32 is a 1GB device and the Oreo OS might just be too much for it to handle.
The S32 comes with a 16GB internal memory but pre-installed files and apps takes space already, we are left with approximately 10GB as shown in the screenshot below, we are also left with a RAM size of 400MB by default.

There is a limit to what a 1GB RAM device can handle, but the S32 ran the Temple Run very well when I installed and played it on the smartphone. By default, apps like Facebook Lite came pre-installed with the smartphone, which is a good thinking by itel. Facebook Lite was made for low memory smartphones because they would not be able to handle the standard Facebook applications which is very heavy.

Itel S32 Review – Camera Performance
The USP of this smartphone is its dual selfie camera and we put that to test. The picture below is a selfie which was taken with the S32, I like that the smartphone was able to capture all angles since it’s a wide angle selfie smartphone.

However under the influence of too much light, it was visible the camera couldn’t really filter out much light.

I took a selfie with the phone again under a well-lit environment and the environment light was still apparent again.

We tried more picture with the S32 rear camera outside and the colour separation is very good, there is also a beauty filter on the camera to enhance pictures a little.

Itel S32 Battery Performance
The itel S32 does not support fast charging, it took me more than 4hrs to charge the smartphone fully to 100% from 0%. However the battery does not drain quickly and it can last for 16 hours under normal usage.
There you go! Itel S32 review; the device is a budget smartphone we would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a good low-end device.
