Honor has announced a budget device, the Honor Play 9A. The device features a 6.3-inch LCD display with a 720p resolution. It has a teardrop notch which houses the 8MP camera. The camera is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps.
At the back is a dual-camera setup with a 13MP main camera f/1.8 aperture which also shoots 1080p at 30fps and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait shots.
It runs on Android 10 slapped with the Magic UI 3.0.1 and is powered by an Helio P35 chipset which is paired with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has a 4GB RAM and a 64GB or 128GB storage variant which is expandable up to 512GB.

It has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options are 3.5mm audio jack with an FM receiver, 4G VoLTE support, 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0. It comes with Huawei’s Histen 6.0 audio tech which bumps up the speaker to 88db of music when you go handsfree.
Honor Play 9A is available in Night Black, Blue Emerald and Jasper Green colours. The 64GB variant will retail for $125 while the $128GB variant will retail for $170.
